Now the box score won’t show this for Jared Goff but I thought he played better than the box score indicates. their were plenty of times were he had to throw the ball away to avoid taking a sack because the pass protection didn’t hold up .and if jamo dosent throw that ball into the bears players face that drive would have continued because Jared hit saint brown for 17 yards on the next play. There was also this one throw to Laporta deep down the sideline late in the game that ultimately didn’t count because Sam bobbled it slightly going out of bounds .
On one of Chicago's td passes, Mohammed was in a complete rear naked choke. They had his entire back, holding him and that was not called at all. Just another terrible decision on the ref.
We keep saying he needs to mature, but he's not the youngest guy on the team. Yet he's the only one repeatedly making these dumb mistakes that hurt the team. Some people just never get it. Watching him argue with his receiver coach showed me he really doesn't understand what he's doing.
Yeah, that was the 2nd Bears TD was absolutely blatant no call rear naked choke. The ref was staring right at the choke hold cuz it was right between Caleb and the ref. The ref saw it and choose to ignored it intentionally. 1st Bears TD was on the blatant, full 1second on 0.00 before the snap play clock no call, delay of game not being called. Then the refs don't call an OBVIOUS Bears false start on the play where they then made up a fake pass interference on the Lions that never happened and couldn't be passed interference anyways as there was very minimal contact and both players were not competing for the ball plus the ball was not near the receiver. The refs then reviewed the play and still decided to go with the dishonest made-up fake pass interference BS lie call and the NFL instant replay nerd did not step in to make the referees do the right thing so it really makes you wonder what's going on here. BLATANT NFL and ref favoritism of the bears or just hatred of the Lions. I have proof too. Three or four games back, the Lions had a pass interference called when Jamo was basically tackled while running a route. Goff was hit while throwing the ball, so it landed five feet short of Jamo. Goffs pass was still much, much closer than the pass thrown by Caleb Williams today. The refs Picked up the flag and claimed that, because Goff's pass landed (in their opinion) too far away from Jamo it made the ball uncatchable and that somehow magicallly Thanos snapped away and negated any penalty made by the defense.
Maybe the Bears have inherited the former Lions curse. 😁🤣
Jamo should've kept his head about it regardless, but that chicago dude straight up put his leg out there to trip him. That's even more messed up.
Eberflus should get the game ball.
I wondered if the Bears made Eberflus walk home in the cold last night...
