@@asin4138Nah you're missing something, Serie unlike Frieren is a battle freak, while Frieren focused on learning normal spells, Serie focused her all in learning combat magic to the point that she could've probably killed the demon king herself, also in the manga Frieren herself explains that in a 1v1 mage battle Serie would absolutely beat her

Even Flamme herself is strong enough to beat Frieren because she's also made for combat, Frieren was beaten by 6 humans, 4 demons and one elf, Serie also in the manga(this is a spoiler, don't read if you don't want to be spoiled) easily has beaten Macht alone which Frieren lost to 500 years ago, and barely won in the manga with the help of Denken, Stark and Fern, Frieren is not unbeatable there are tons of beings far stronger than Frieren in the story, even the Southern Hero is stronger than her, maybe even Kraft who is way older than her is also stronger, again she herself admitted in the manga she would lose to Serie if they fought, idk what you don't get about that
