For those who still having a problem: C:\Windows\system32>net user C:\Windows\system32>net user newadmin /add C:\Windows\system32>net localgroup administrators newadmin /add now that you have added a new user, you have to make a password to log in. C:\Windows\system32>control userpasswords2 after writing that command User Accounts will appear all you have to do is to reset password.

You need to be a little less HIGH TECH. Nature developed vocal chords and languages wre developed. A voice would be a great improvement over the sorry "music"
