I was mesmerized with this educative show when I first came to the United States permanently from Guatemala and got into public School in Tampa. I thought it was so cool that every morning we tuned in to 321 contact, I learned a lot. Now I'm a US citizen and 44 yo. and this makes me nostalgic of those wonderful days in public school, after that my parents enrolled me into Catholic School, I hated the people that went there, completely different than the kids from public school. Anyways, thumbs up for those who grew with 321 contact!!
I have a special place in my heart for that Rock-Disco-Pop, mono-sounds-like-a-cross-between-a-fire-allarm-and-traintrack-siren shitty audio theme! 🤣😎 God Bless PBS!
Wish there was a where are they now with the cast of both 321 and bloodhound gang. I know recardo passed away from bloodhound gang but what ever happened to Vicky ? Or these three from 321 contact. It’s just to bad no one can’t locate these people so they could share there memories of doing both 321 contact and bloodhound gang respectively. I would always watch both television shows when they both were on from the very beginning. Very educational
OK can the unborn baby in this sonar episode chime in....I'm sure he/she is around 37 or 38 years now. I remember watching this episode back in the 80s.
yes, George, no air in space. so how can the death star explode with a boom with no air in space? I guess science wasn't one of George's best subjects in school.

This was one of my favorite shows.
A vintage OPB logo at 18:02! Thanks for the upload :) I'm actually writing about the show for my dissertation and find this SO useful !
3-2-1 Contact was rerun on PBS until September 1992.

Loved this show when I was a kid 😎 Glad to see it again ✌️
Is that Jon (Bowzer) Bauman?
I thought a tuning fork is something that helps make radio stations clearer.
That's Him 😎
