Another awesome video mate. Looks like your switch to MSC tyres is working out. These trails are on my to do. That terrain is fantastic. Looks like it is pretty techy. Almost like the Tweed Valley but better lit! Awesome mate.
Thanks mate! Definitely sliding about a lot less than I used to haha, still need to play around with lowering the pressures more in really wet conditions though. I'm glad to finally get some footage somewhere that isn't too dark! The trails are fantastic but definitely need a couple of runs to ride well as they're deceptively tricky compared to how they look on camera.
They look much better than the official trails. Have you done any of the whinlatter ones? Also recommend sticks pass if youre up and there's nice weather
Yeah much prefer the off piste and natural stuff to the trail centre! Whinlatter's my local so think I've ridden just about everything there. I'm planning some bigger rides for when the weather improves and Helvellyn will definitely be on that list 👍
Cheers! I use a Gnartec mount to attach it to the chin piece of my full face helmet. The basic settings are 2.7k superview 24fps, max iso 1600 and medium sharpness 👍
Great edit pal! Those are some of my favourite trails in Grizedale. Glad you enjoyed them 👍
Thanks mate, appreciate the comment 🤙 I loved them but definitely need a few more runs to ride them better, pretty challenging!

Awesome to see you back in the lakes, that last run is brilliant in spring you start through a forest of bluebells instead of leaves
Cheers 👍 Wow bet that would be amazing, no doubt I'll be back so hopefully I'll see it in full bloom at some point!
Trails look properly awesome, those first few especially! Full focus required 🙂
Not sure I had full focus as it felt like I was pinballing off everything haha, but lots of fun!
Enjoyed that one Mate. Those first few trails look techy!
great vid! cheers :) last 2 looked great to ride. May even tempt me out of the TweedValley, sometime ...
Glad you enjoyed! I'm happy to find something like this closer to home as I was pretty much just riding the Tweed Valley beforehand 😂
Brilliant trails !
Cracking riding. That looked hard going in points. Hard to,get flow on them. Keep up the good work.
Deceptively tricky, those odd rocks and roots that catch you out! Thanks for watching 👍

Classy carnage as always man! Love your work ❤️❤️❤️
Thanks man, that's awesome to hear 👍
Nice, do you know of any local trails near Ambleside?? Cheers
I'm sure there are plenty but I'm afraid I've not really ridden around there yet!
No problem, thanks
I'll have to a proper explorer down there some time.
Nice vid 👍
Cheers mate 😁👍
Great vid pal. How do you mount your GoPro and what settings you using if I can ask :-)

@@DistrictMountainBiker ah perfect cheers pal. My son got hero 7 black for Xmas and been struggling to get it right 👍
I’d have trouble with walking that 😳
Definitely some places where it's actually harder to get off and walk!
Any chance of a Gpx file of this ride? Coming here on Sunday to explore
I don't have one for this ride but it's pretty easy to find your way around with Trailforks 👍
District Mountain Biker cheers looks like we’ll be getting lost ....😂😂😂
😂 It's all I did in this video!
What bike are you on there ?
It's a Merida One Sixty, custom build. I made a bike check video last year that you can see here: ua-cam.com/video/xRiVxAqDdow/v-deo.html
Did you ride a trail called super noodle
I think that was a split on one of the trails I did but I went down cheeky v instead
