I'll be generous and say it's a good quick overview for someone familiar with Docker but maybe not Portainer, and it's a simple enough deploy so that the details don't get in the way but not completely trivial. Is it useful? Probably not, no - Fastfetch is something I might run from a CLI to quickly cross-check my memory against a running machine or get some quick information about a machine as long as I didn't need to go deep, like devices. More useful would be to install it on the portainer host itself. It would be super cool if fastfetch did some kind of storage display tho - hmmm, maybe I'll think about that. (Yes, I know you can -c a config that includes some of this - I'd be interested in more detail tho)

Such a waste of time and resources to setup a useless tool. Really?

With technology, nothing is wasted-you can learn from anything! In technology, every move is an opportunity to learn.
