This is great, but could you expand on how to exactly use the corrected insulin? like do i split it among the three meals? do i add any to the basal?

So even though, for example, you calculate 36 required units per 24 hours as a base, that is a loose estimate of what they need? You then adjust based off of real life fasting blood glucose and spikes throughout the day?
