I love this video. I like to think that Goku leaves as much as he does to ensure that his family is as safe as possible, and won't have to suffer. I think Chi-Chi realizes this, and that's why the most you see her yelling at him about is Gohan. Outside of everything, they probably have a wonderful relationship and love each with all their hearts. Furthermore, I'd like to point out that Bulma and Chi-Chi have the same tempers, yet everyone is much more hostile towards Chi-Chi. I think she's great
AND, I'd like to point out that Chi-Chi is the only one that ever made Goku blush. Other than that embarrassing moment one King Kai's planet the first time, he only ever blushed in reaction to Chi-Chi. And contrary to popular belief, Chi-Chi DOES care about Goku's safety. She just understands that he has to do certain things to keep their family safe. I know she'd much rather he stay at home, safe and within arms reach, not risking his life everytime he fights someone. Maybe even get a job. :P
