If you’re curious where I got my frames, I get them from CanvasPlace.com - these are the maple floater frames. Have you tried any frames you love? I’m always looking for good options for works on paper.

I can totally relate to this, I've been framing all week while recovering from being sick! I use these same frames and love them. But am curious, do you always attach the d-rings to the back of the canvas and not the frame? I'm also curious how you got the canvases to stay in the frames for the purpose of photographing when they weren't bracketed in? I'd love to be able to do that, but it seems like they would fall out.

I do always wire the canvas, I never considered doing otherwise, I’ll have to think about that, good food for thought! I can see that might be better for larger paintings. When the painting is wired, you can hang it on the wall with the frame without attaching, give it a go, it’ll make sense when you do it how it doesn’t fall:)

I love your style! How did you decide to use frames vs. not? I can't decide for mine haha

Thank you! It depends on if I have any frames already, that’s an easy yes. The depth of the canvas also, if it’s thinner .75” panels or canvas, those are great in a frame and need it more than a gallery wrapped canvas. I don’t think there’s any right answer and waffle on choosing all the time:)

I've done that more times than I'm comfortable admitting. 😂😅

I'm guessing it's a right of passage. At least we caught it!
