There is another song from the same movie called “Laila Majnu”..now THAT is a masterpiece. The context of that song is a broadwayish theatre performance of Indian Romeo and Juliet (hence Laila Majnu).
Bring out your salt n pepper wand for that one. Everything about that song from music to choreography to cinematography to costumes and performances screams masterful. Please do check that one out.
