As an American fan it’s always mind blowing to me to see how big these guys are in Australia. They do have a unique sound but if this band originated in the states they’d never be on Good morning America
Chris has to be up there with one of the best guitarists of the last 30 years - super super talented guy. Punk was HUGE at the time - if bands like NOFX and Unwritten Law could make it, the Living End could surely do the same. Also keep in mind, they're writing from an Australian point of view. Everyone reacts to the things they see and feel around them... if they grew up in the States they may have written entirely different tunes.
