I recently discovered interesting stuff about Central Irithyll macro zones. It's actually three invasion areas. Plaza-Path of the fire witches Lower swamp with the water spiders Silver Knight mansion Sully porch should be a separated area but it's not very clever invading there(after the load time you often get kicked because in the meanwhile host entered the fog) Use your red eye orb at the mansion and you'll get invasions there, but bear in mind it takes a while.

I have rarely been summoned as a blue where the host has other phantoms. I swear it was always a guy hiding for 4 reds and my blue ass is left to be eaten
The glaives are good but IMO the normal halberds are kinda meh, people seem to roll around them a lot easier and they tend to have worse weapon arts too, Red Hilted has Perseverance tho which is kinda cool
After the shit show I had today while playing in the gank city area both as an Aldritch and a host, all I can say is "Thank you". I know I'm not the best at PvP, and I know a more skilled player could probably easily beat those people, but to see these videos gives me hope. It even gives me the feeling of trying again. I didn't realise how good gundyrs was until now, the rollcatching, the speed of the running r1 and the tracking on the charge is awesome. Might have to use it for some invasions...
I really like Champion Gundyr. You find the dark age, with no Firekeeper, and no lords, or Ludleth. But even the Coiled Sword that once was in gundyr, now is only a fragment. The boss fight is amazing and if you don't know him, he will surprise you.. He fools you and abuses that. When you hit 1/4 his health down, he enrages and you get a shit ton of damage on your ass without even realizing he just turned wild, when you're not even half in the boss fight. The music is what I like most about the gundyr fight, but the boss and his lore aswell. And this, that you can buy his equipment in the shop, is awesome.
Best charging attack there is! Also, had an NPC with an Immolation Tinder playing Artillery while you did pincer attacks with Gundr's glaive, and Helicopter K***ght glaive. (Split leaf glave probably would have worked too. I know, they're all "Halberds" but I'm not calling it a Greatsword.)
If I have to give credit to Dark Souls 3, it'll be for the soundtrack. The return to the Demon's Souls' fantasy medieval feel was done fantastically in my opinion. Of course, there are some that are much more memorable than the others.

You can have 15 estus flasks and the max upgrade power is +10. But your estus flasks are halved while you're invading so the max there is 7(you get some back if you kill phantoms)
Because there are the longsword and the lothric knight sword. Nothing bad with the shortsword, I mean, is still a straight sword Unless you want to swing for days, if I remember correclty a shortsword r1 consumes way less stamina than longsword/lothric knight sword r1.
Hey Rehvion, I dunno if you have or not, but would you ever think about adding commentary to your videos? I know that your style consists of witty comments here and there, but it would be really awesome to hear a commentary from you. Though, if you want to stick to your format that's cool too. Really good video as always.
In my opinion commentary on this type of video would be redundant or superfluous. Especially 17 months after release I don't really have obscure tips to give, and just calling what I'm doing saying out loudly "r1", "dodge" wouldn't really work. Maybe on a future game/another type of vid
It would easily devolve into common build and invasion discussion, and Rehvion seems to not focus on that much. If you're interested in that kind of thing, check out Saint_riot's channel. He is an underrated DaS3 invader person that frequently uploads with a great video formula.
Not hatin since you did use the charge atleast 15 times but you used the running attack like almost 4 times more. There were some sweet charge kills in there though.
I love Gundyr's but I think splitleaf is superior. The charge is really good but Splitleaf has way more AR, it's buffable, and the true combo is really strong.

The halberd class is a good compromise between raw power, chase down capabilities and finesse.
Feels really good using them during invasions.
