I went with the Yealink due to end listener audio sounding a lot cleaner than the 5200 - need my clients to hear me crisp and clean unlike the slight fuzzy sound the 5200 makes

They 4 got to put my extra earbuds in my box so I have to order a set. And there is no 1-800 number giving to call them.
