Personally I think the best seafood from Aptus is the cooked huge tiger prawn and oyster. It’s so crunchy and umami. Lobster is tasting a bit bland which I suspect they didn’t put salt when they cooked it. For Malaysian tastebud you got to eat the lobster from local Asian restaurant like daichao style. Agathe is great, my second favorite croissant store after lune. Lune is still the best for my liking.
