A few days ago in the Kechara House 1 audience room, a leak sprung from the ceiling, and water fell directly onto the Zong Rinpoche statue there...and something grew from it! Tsem Rinpoche explains the miraculous significance in this short video

With all due respect, buddhism does not encourage superstition. Tsem Tulku does practice a very religious type of buddhism. It's a bit at odds with the teachings of Shakyamuni Buddha.

If your comment refers to me, I do not believe I said anything harsh or unkind about Tsem Tulku.
Second, yes I do believe that consulting oracles is superstition. It doesn't matter who does it.
Third, you claim Tsem Tulku never said anything that is not in compliance with the teachings. Do you mean the Tibetan teachings or the teachings of Shakyamuni Buddha? If you mean the latter than please tell me where in the Pali Canon the Buddha speaks of oracles or predictions?

Miracles, superstitious omens etc have no real place in Buddhism.
I hope the followers of this lama have worthy lives full of bodhicitta and happiness but remember it must come from within one's self, through one's own efforts and can't be granted by another entity.

Buddha said there is no so called God and now this man is saying OMG...listen.... all karma people will have a good rebirth by following karma and it obviously includes all religious people like Christians, Muslims and Hindus who can have a pious rebirth if they do good karma according to Buddhism but what if Christianity is true??? Because all the prophesies are being fulfilled. yes it is slowly taking time to fulfill but it really is fulfilling..And this is a great matter of concern so do not fall prey to the things what you ears only want to hear.

+Nidup Lepcha I believe if there was an omnipotent God, that God is also compassionate. So if I live a good life as buddhist and I am beneficial and helpful to sentient beings, God will have mercy on me as a compassionate God should be. Why should be punished, to err is human, and i was created a human. I cannot be blamed, if I have been given free will. In addition who put me in a country whereby I can learn other faiths and other religion.
