I am Montagnard indigenous we have different variety of eggplant but we didn’t have Africa eggplant. How it taste like when you cook ?

The land races are quite bitter. Our breeding team of Rijk Zwaan Afrisem made hybrids with better yields Limpopo RZ F1 and Keri RZ F1 and also one which is less bitter: Kazinga RZ F1
