Sevens style formatting should be the standard on EVERY effect card. Though for Speed/Master Format cards they'll need to number the effects(something OCG ALREADY does) and state Activation Limitations(One effect of card, once per copy, once times per turn, etc.)
Fun Fact: you can only put 1 Dark Magician in your deck because it's a ''Legend" card in an update they added the option to add 1 legend card from each type of card so you can only add 1 Legend monster card 1 legend speel card and 1 legend trap card
I am, frankly, hopeful that if maybe Rush Duel does well in DL, we might see them venture trying out some basic Rush Duel products for the TCG. I'd REALLY like to have a simpler, lower power level Yugioh that my more casual friends can enjoy with me.

I really hope that they relax a little with the skills in this new world. The only reason why i dont play DL that much it's because most skills on already good decks are broken AF.
@@lakkycharms I don't mind if a skill makes a deck like gimmick puppet more consistent because without it the deck would be trash(I'm just saying this one as an example). My problem is when a deck that is already good and consistent gets a busted skill. At that point you are not playing against a deck... you are playing against a skill that you can't really interact with.
@@jbarmor3281 I know... that why I don't really play it that often anymore. I got to lvl20 in the recent KC cup just for the gems. But I hated almost every single game. I used Salamangreat from 1-19 and then switched to ganadora for the last lvl because it was impossible to win with salad at that point. Every game boiled down to force lethal with the skill on the second turn or win with orcust.

People keep talking about the part of People spending more money for two different boxes each month but realistically nobody is gonna do that, everyone is going to try out rush on the 28th and that's when things are decided, there will be players who don't like rush and stay at just speed dueling, bam those people aren't gonna care about the rush box, then we'll have people who prefer rush, or new people that came just for rush, bam they won't care about speed boxes, 100% the small minority will be the people who play both, which sucks to be screwed over but it's just what happens, it'll be like religiously playing two different gachas, not many people are spending money on both just one, this will be no different with the rare exceptions

Never played Duel Links, will download to try Rush Duel just out of curiosity, but without a proper crafting system I don't see myself sticking around for long, much less spending money on the game. MD is already bad enough when Konami takes over a year to add new secret packs.

skills make the game better bc u can fix ur hand if u brick so consistency but decks tend to get boring if u can juss do the same combo every game

It's only 4 characters with most likely level30 max for each. You will max them in 2 weeks quickly
