Enjoy the story for what it is and leave it at that, anime and manga are how people get a break from the bs going on in real life, just like in video games. Like the alabasta arc comment, what else would you expect when you're in the desert.
I would say it’s message is mainly against imperialism totalitarianism and it’s a metaphor of our current system.

Imu's secret wasnt revealed YET, but i dont see Vegapunk revealing the Kingdoms name thou, but i STILL HOPE for Vegapunk to reveal Joyboys FULL NAME since i still believe that Joyboy is ancestor to Luffy just like Vivi's ancestor Lili because Alabasta is the ONLY current kingdom who is against the WG.
But i also dont see Imu to fully reveal him/herself till later than im the current arc.

Yeah imu being a counterpart to Nika would be dope. Like the Moon Devils fruit, and there ut would make a lot of sense if Imu could control water (since the moon and the tides correlation), and Imu couldve impos3d the rule of no Devil fruit users can swim
My personal backstory for imu is that she was on joy boys group along with the five elders but joy boy was using his powers when he accidentally merged Imu with the butterfly making her have wings and extra eyes. She started to resent joy and eventually ate the umibozu fruit and rallied the five elders against joy boy but, joy boy with his power beat her. After getting beat, she tricked Dunedin’s into giving her the mother flame, imu rallied 20 other kings to go against joy boy. He was able to fight them off but when Imu pulled out a sacred weapon he had kept hidden he named uranus being Fueled by the mother flame he knew his time was over but even before the fight started he had already hid a sacred treasure. The one piece. Imu used uranus to kill joy boy. And then she went and took all the mother flame that zunesha had, and made zunesha wander the earth forever. If your like this story, blow up my notis

Yo just a thought,I noticed that the bald samurai had said "there are one too many lifeforms around" what if the gorosei are not even humans and are actually unique forms of sea kings that were given human forms or take on human forms and their current forms are there real bodies, they ate some sorth of unique sea monsters or monsters that are smart and extremely strong and consider humans who they see as lesser because they are stronger and smarter ,which is why they always called human lifeforms,insects ,because think about it ,we call animals insects even we know it or not consider them lesser than ourselves .Which is why some of us can kill animals insects and some special ones human without even being bothered or l finching

Can y’all please make some type-moon content it’s the strongest franchise in anime with their base abilities giving them immeasurable speed. & my power scaling playlist has all the proof we need, my essay playlist also proves it has the best written characters in anime especially in the girl aspect.(which some shonen struggle with cough* Naruto) Like generic anime channel’s shirou vid, it’s billion$ budget & ufotable come together to give us peak animation of any year they drop or period.
Also.. Uranus was the ancient kingdom's creation most likely, so for it to be used must have been either by a traitor(Joyboy giving it away as a handshake of peace) or if imu is actually from the same kingdom, even relative... to JoyBoy.
Maybe he was upset that the kingdom didn't use that power to spread their way of doing things and became a traitor to force his ideals versus JoyBoy's who "wasted" such potential, lili could have also been a family familiar of theirs(maybe even close in the same continent before the flooding) and knew the family, and saved JoyBoy's ideals by using the poneglyphs.

Crazy theory, that big hat is Joyboys, but he was killed/defeated during G5 Giant mode, but then went to normal size intel someone ate the Nika fruit once again, reawakening its powers.

I dont know if you have seen this theory but the youtube channel MontCorvo thinks that we gonna learn that Maybe The story of the forgotten century is the actual story of one piece and maybe it’s a time paradox where Luffy and his companion lost to Imu so the user of toki toki no mi and the straw hat with Robin write the poneglyphe and send them to the past to prepare the world about this fight. At then end the city of progress is the creation of Vegapunk, motherflame will be used by The gouvernment to fuel their massive destruction weapon. Joyboy is the legend of luffy stories from the world perspective but since it come from the past they see him as a deity. The promise with fishman was the promise he made with shiraoshi and the dream the strawhat , sabo and ace learned of Luffy is that he want to creat a country where everyone from every race can live together as one « piece ». In this theory Zunesha and the robot and the big straw hat are the question mark.
This raises another question, since sea level rose 200m and submerged everything, how big was the redline at that time? World was basically divided in 4 parts, unable to contact with otherside without special methods like planes or something.

Also it seems like a plot hole if devil fruits from what vegapunk states are just manifestation of peoples desires, than what was the whole point of a person eating two devil fruits, "that the two devils inside the fruits would go against each other and leave no trace behind of the user who ate the two fruits, excluding blackbeard of course. I bet at tbis point if Imu has a fruit that has to do with sea, maybe thats where the side effects of devil fruit users and the ocean come into play. Just a thought, what if luffy is reincarnation of Joyboy, who is reincarnation of Nika. Like Nika was a God. He was probably got tricked (being a goofy character & getting bored in his era where gods decided to just stop living in mortal realm which was peaceful) There came an era 1000 years ago which was turbulent & he reincarnated into Joyboy from elbaf. Joyboy (not knowing his past self (similar to highschool of the gods like jin Mori who is monkey king) was betrayed & he is part of the bad timeline (which oda once drew for strawhats where in they grow old as good/bad timeline). Knowing he needed a second chance, he decided to reincarnated, separating his power & soul into 2. Born again as luffy without any knowledge of previous life & Nika fruit waiting just for him. Luffy is just is the good timeline version. Hence Elders when they see luffy they call him Nika (They might be older devil's that were defeated by Nika, however managed to defeat the first reincarnation Joyboy (similar to viking myth of Odin & thor/Ragnarok or high school of the gods) & this time Nika wins.
I'm not sure if anyone has ever posted this theory I'm way too lazy to check myself but does anyone else think vegapunk satellites are based on real people he knows. I am specifically referring to the interaction between satellite 01 I forget his name and Stella in episode 2 at the 15:59 mark gave me a Dragon sort of vibe. This time Joyboy won't need to be that strong or his crew as many countries would not help the WG in the final war. Plus it'll be a lot of detectors from the marines. Also zoro can't fight against nujiro right now if he can't use acoc in every attack he'd get a sword broken. Zoro and sanji have to team up just to stall him temporarily
