28:13 I never knew you could create enhanced handgun ammo by combing gunpowder with regular handgun ammo. I thought the only way you could make it was by combining gunpowder with strong chem fluid. Good to know!!
Yeah, they don’t really explain that mechanic in the game but it’s something that existed on RE3 Nemesis as well with the ability to combine powders with grenade rounds.
