If you are starting out with difficulty, you can only buy the empty site and build it according to your own needs. That's how it worked for me.
I start the game with my favorite starter mods.
I use a keyboard for control, I have a steering wheel, but I prefer the keyboard. Sorry for the some fps drops, the game is running on a gamer laptop, so the quality is lower than expected.
