I've been to the best hairdressers, and the majority of them don't know stuff or have knowledge about it; purple/silver shampoo only works on light blonde hair. They open posh salons because they have money. There was a brand-new, shining salon in my city, but the staff didn't know anything. They applied a tonne of products to me and change thousands of pairs of scissors and trimmers. A common person with no experience will feel good, sitting at a expensive place, feeling like a king and recommend it to others, but an experienced person will recognize the poor job they do. No matter what you charge or your quality of service, all I want is to look good at the end of the day.
Lmaoooo it looks exactly the same! I had high expectations given how pigmented the shampoo is. I do suspect you didn’t leave it on long enough and should have let it set rather than constantly manipulate her hair…

The hair is to dark for the goodbye yellow shampoo to do anything.
