Terrific interview, lots of insight into the Bengals’ process. I no longer worry about us having one of the smaller scouting departments, understanding we have elite scouts who communicate every single day. Trey seems fired up about the organization, lots of reasons to be optimistic and proud to be a Bengals fan.
Love the interview platform. I’d like to hear from as many front office ppl as are willing to sit. Even the equipment managers. Actual scouts would be sweet.

Respect to trey brown for shitting doen the patriots. I assume he wants to be a part of this organization even if it means less money than he could get elsewhere. Wish a couple of our players would take note.
dude tee Higgins was on the field when a player almost died, they are fully entitled to their money considering they put their bodies on the line every game
@@lorenzosmith1231 from a danger standpoint then they should all get paid the same regardless of productivity then? Tee got what 500 yards give or take? Got how many push off penalties and got away with how many more? He'd have more yards if he didn't push off every time he catches a ball. He wasn't productive enough last year for the 21 million he getting this year. Play their whole life and work towards playing football their whole lives and then all the sudden by your logic they say "oh this shit too dangerous I need more money"? Was just as dangerous the day they signed up for football for free. They use skills and production to get more money, not the dangers of the game. We can easily replace his little 500-600 yards he had last year. Especially with burrow throwing. I liked tee. Different way to go about getting paid more and that's do good. Something he did not do in his contract year. Nor did Jesse Bates. Has worst year of his career and then demands more money or a trade? Yeah F him. Hes not a Bengal, he's just a Bengals player. Superbowl isn't what is important to him.

Think it's appropriate to have the front office members on your podcast. I hope Trey and his fellow workers hurry up and extend Tee Higgins and Trey Hendrickson. Joe Burrow has publically said he wants both Tee and Trey on the team and that both has earned everything. Hope the front office crew listens to Joe ... this time around. The Bengals are still dealing with the loss of Bates 2 years later! Whoa!
Remember, large coorporations, who's CEOs sink a lot of moolah into training, understand that the psychological component of ensuring a high level of sustained performance is to simply to reward that performance. Players like Tee and Trey have both performed at an extreme high level and need to be rewarded for their hard work! You don't want player scuttlebutt in the locker room to be: Come to your second year contract, no matter what you do on the field, your apt to be leaving Cinci ... helmet in hand.
The problem maybe what was stated on this podcast, that coaches and the front office really don't talk that much. That statement was an isight!
