Even after red alert colleges are open and timing is 7 to 1:30pm summer timming and heat waves increase around after 8:00 am morning it 36 degree in 8:00am and near 12 pm it's 40 and around 1:30 when we have to go to house after college it's 43 degrees we are out in the scorching 🥵 heat wave in that time colleges in Cuttack are not shut yet and summer timing doesn't make any sense colleges of Cuttack summer timming is not justified cause we students are out in heat during the most peak hours and they are also conducting final exam and vivas in this summer days of heat wave please shut college till heat waves end out life is more important than studies
