How has the leafing held up? Any oxidization/'turning' yet? I've had some trouble with sealers for gold leafing. I've had one project that 'turned' (a candleabra) within the first year, and chose to replace it after ~5 years of it just slowly growing darker and darker brown. Most of my other projects have remained golden... and I'm still not sure what went wrong with that one. Perhaps the oils from fingertips' touch, prior to sealing; or perhaps the metal had some sort of treatment from the original manufacturer; or perhaps the sealant was bad? So I'm wishing I'd kept a journal of which sealers I'd used, so years later, I could evaluate the progress of each. Did this sealant fare well?

So far it looks perfect! Nothing I notice yet!
