VCHRGD Seven Trees Campaign

A little bit about our 7 Trees campaign from one of our founders Alex Watson 🌳🌳🌳🌳🌳🌳🌳
In 2022 Bulb placed the emissions per kWH in the UK at approximately 0.193kg of CO2e, with each tree offsetting ~1 tonne of CO2e over it's lifetime. With the average EV offering 3 miles per kWh that gives us approximately 7 years of EV travel offset at 15,000 miles/year ⚡
The average driver travels about 7,400 miles per year giving us over 7 years of EV travel offset when you account for emissions produced through manufacture and logistics for the chargers themselves 🚗
Our goal is to keep investing in climate positive action, to keep learning and adapting to the needs of our market and to ensure that we do all we can to deliver a brighter and greener future for all, the 7 trees campaign is just the start, but we think it's a pretty good start 🌳
