I upgraded from the Series 5 and I'm happy I did. One thing I'm curious about, there were not many choices with the Nike version and so no real incentive to get that one. Why is that? Are they phasing out the Nike version?
I did upgrade from series 5 I had for two years, which always had battery issues from day one. My son gifted me the series 7 for my birthday and I picked it up on 10/15. I’m really enjoying the improvements from 5 to 7 and so far, so good. This is my fourth Apple Watch now (original, 3, 5, 7). I can’t live without this watch and I recently switched my charging time so I can wear it to track my sleep. So I basically wear it morning, noon and night except for charging and it does that really fast. This thing is the best personal assistant! Oh, and this is my first to include cellular - and still getting used to that flexibility.
Same. I have a series 0 and i use it like i use a regular watch. The only difference is the text alerts. But my series 0 also lasts about 30 hours. I felt like the battery kept improving over the years lol
I upgraded from a series 3 to the series 7 and I love all the new features. I took and EKG one day because I was having a little chest pain and shortness of breath and is showed exactly how I was feeling. I haven’t taken it to a doctor yet but it did make me feel good knowing I could do that.
I recently went from a series 5 to the series 7 . Very happy with it, the new (slightly) larger screen is great. The QWERTY keyboard is surprisingly good and easy to use.
I upgraded from an Apple Watch 4. I love the ECG feature on the watch. Mine actually alerted me a month ago that I was in a fib. Had to call 911 and was taken to the hospital. So far I really like the 7 series.
I upgraded from 6 to 7. I knew the 7 had no new features other than the bigger display, so I resisted upgrading. But for me, the display is such an important part of the experience of using the Watch, and I really, really like the bigger display. I notice it and appreciate it every time I use my Watch. I'm probably happier with just a bigger display than I would be if the 7 had a faster chip or a new sensor but the same old display as the 4, 5, and 6. Others will disagree and I respect their opinions. Thanks for the video!

this was my first apple watch, been loving it since i got it. even using it for 10-12 hours a day, i could probably squeeze out two days worth of battery without charging and it charges quite fast. if you’re on a series 6 or even a 5, i would wait. if it’s your first, you can’t go wrong honestly. it’s definitely their best watch so far.
I have a SE(44mm) and work at apple I went through all the models honestly you get everything you need in the SE but the always on (you not really looking at your arm anyways) so I didn’t think it was worth it even the 7 with a larger screen unless you really care about the stainless steel option honestly you getting the same experience 6 or 7
I upgraded from S6 to S7 only because I accidentally scratched my S6. But I have no regrets because S7 is really a joy to use. Faster charging and the keyboard are my favorite features. The bigger screen is unnoticeable after a while especially if you’re not using the Contour watch face so that screen isn’t much of an upgrade for me.
I didn’t think the larger display would make a big upgrade but darn-it it does! You won’t be able to go back to 6 or less. It’s not just the larger display it’s the way some screens are optimised to look better on the large screen. It’s worth the upgrade, I also noticed the haptics seem louder or more prominent?
I got the 45mm aluminum Series 7 with cellular as my first Apple Watch. I love it. I can’t believe how fast I’ve gotten dependent on it. The best surprise was the battery life. I always get at least 24 hours. I’m very happy.
Went from a stainless original series to a stainless series 4 to a titanium series 7. Definitely worth the upgrade. Noticeably lighter and the larger & always on display top notch. I have not activated the cellular and I am wondering if I should.
Series 3 38mm was a good deal recently. $109 brand new at Walmart. My sister got one and it’s her first Apple Watch. I got the series 7 45mm abyss blue. Love it!
I finally got mine in a few weeks ago. Midnight GPS 45. Also got two Nomad sport straps. I’m happy with the upgrade from my 4. Apple gave me $100 for it. Less hassle than selling.
I have the aluminum GPS model of the series 7 and I do enjoy it. I’m still learning how to properly use the AssistiveTouch feature. I do love that it syncs with my iPhone XR because I can pause the music or adjust the volume by using my watch at night without even getting up. If it were not self-evident to any of you, the watch is clearly very helpful if you operate largely within an Apple-based ecosystem. 🍎❤️
I love these Zolotech reviews. You always do such a good comprehensive job. For me the upgrade to a Ser 7 was totally worth it. My reason for upgrading to a Ser 7 Stainless Steel from my last Apple Watch was a Ser 5 aluminum was I had a issue with the aluminum case growing some kind of stuff on it and I couldn’t clean it off. It got so bad I had a hard time getting the watch band to release and slide out. I keep my watch clean and I also clean the mesh band regularly. This should not have happened. I noticed on UA-cam that other people were having this problem with the aluminum case. It sometime happened to some people with some aluminum watches. Anyway, I decided to get the large stainless steel Ser 7 and I am totally happy with the upgrade. I do not mind the extra weight at all I got use to it after a day of use, and I really like the more durable Chrystal display that so many other reviewers fail to mention in comparing the aluminum vs. the stainless steel model. I fine there is a huge difference in the bigger display of the ser 7. I had my Ser 7 for a month now and the “wow factor” is still there every time I look at it. Thank you for tech reviews. I upgraded to the 7 from the Series 5. I broke it when I fell while hiking but the battery life was really starting to degrade even before that. I love it. The screen is so much brighter to my eye and feels bigger. If I didn’t break my Series 5 I’d probably wouldn’t have upgraded. But I am happy I did.
Like my series 7, but I continue to have syncing issues between Watch and iPhone. Spoke to Apple yesterday and was told that they are aware of the issues and hopefully a software update in the future will fix the problems.
I upgraded from a 3 this month, the difference in screen size is such a big deal, changed how I use it entirely. Just so you know though, blood oxygen is so inaccurate it’s basically unusable.
@@camsteremail with always on enabled, it’s worse by a fair amount, like ~16 hours. Though fast charging helps make that less frustrating. If you turn off always on it’s better than the s3, 2 days including sleep tracking. Oh and that’s on the 45mm, and when I had the s3 I got one and a half days of use including sleep tracking.
I also upgraded from s3 to s7. It’s a huge difference in speed, screen size and capabilities. Battery life is a bit worse but that’s because I use the always on display - I like it’s aesthetic purpose - finally looks like a watch when looked on by other people. I don’t mind charging the watch more often, I use it for sleep tracking as well because it wakes me up in the morning. Charging is so fast compared to the s3 that it made the argument “it can’t last a week like a Garmin” irrelevant. When you take a shower, just place it on a charging puck and you will have more than enough juice when you’ll be leaving home. It’s a great watch and I’m happy that I upgraded, even though watch is a personal item and I felt a little connected to my old s3 😂

Almost gave up on my series 6 watch. Unbelievable how much of a difference 1 mm makes on a watch. 44mm to 45mm convinced me to keep my Apple Watch around.
This is my first Apple Watch and while I miss the Fitbit Ionic battery life (5-7 days), it’s neat having maps on my wrist, being able to make calls without my phone coming out of my bag, etc. ☺️
I’ve had a Series 3 since 2017 and I’ll be upgrading to this Series 7 hopefully by Christmas, lol! Series 3 has been great but is so slow at times. I’m gonna enjoy the Bigger screen on the Series 7. Thanks again for this video. You do such a great job.
I upgraded from an aluminum 44mm Series 4 to a stainless 45mm Series 7 and I was more so looking forward to the squared off redesign.. but I love it still. And I’m feeling a bit better about it now that there are rumors the 8 wont be getting a square redesign either; but I obviously don’t know that for sure
Switched from Series 5 to 7. I did it mainly for increased durability and easier to read screen. I’m actually very happy with it, though the change seems so subtle that I almost don’t notice it sometimes, until I try to wear my series 4.

I have an S5 currently. Always had it in a rhinoshield case so there are no scratches at all. Would put the S7 in a case as well due to my job. Feel like I’d loose the benefit of having the wrap around screen. Want the new watch but having trouble upgrading. My S5 is working just fine with no issues.
This will be my first Apple watch, I was all android for years but this year I switched to Apple with the 13 pro max and now serie 7 watch ❤ I ordered the starlight, but will defiantly buy a case for it 😊
I bought the new Apple Watch Series 7. For me it’s really good. I like. Compare with Series 5, battery is great, compared with Series 6, it’s almost the same. My favourite feature is the ,,larger screen“. I recommend this Watch! Thumbs up for Aaron, keeping us updated.
I sold my apple watch series 6 aluminum and got the 45 mm Apple watch serie 7 stainless steel silver and i think the larger screen for me makes a big difference it really looks and feel much more premium and durable ! Thanks for the review !
The series 7 is fantastic! The bigger screen is amazing + the steel is shiny but awesome! Can‘t imagine to use a series 3 or lower with such an outdated display! 😃
Coming from a series 4, I think this is a massive upgrade. The only thing that I had an issue with was I felt the always on display drains the battery too much for my liking. This is my first experience with it so maybe I did something wrong. Other than that, I’m very happy with it. I have the same one Aaron has except I got the blue sport band.

Upgrade from OG Apple Watch to series 7. When my old watch stuck on watchOS 4, I thought I may not need the new features such as sleep tracking and ECG. All I use it for is time checking and very lite fitness tracking. But when I buy the new series 7 this month, I’m surprised how many the watch has changed. The speed is much faster, display is much brighter, the dial has haptic feedback now. And yes, the battery feels the same. I think this watch could work for another six years.
Buy it & evaluate it for a week. I had a 6 and tried the 7. I kept the 7 as the bigger screen & faster charging were worth it for how I use the watch. It would have been hard to come to that conclusion if I hadn’t worn it for a week.
I went ahead last night and bought the Series 7 45mm SS, It is replacing my Series 4 42mm SS, and so far I feel it really was a worthy upgrade. I did order today the stainless steel band in your video, that looks amazing with the watch for those night outs vs the usual Sport Bands I have or the Leather Loop.
I've never owned an Apple watch. I'm on the fence about the series 7 ... but I feel I'll never use the watch since I already have the iPhone. Thanks for all the great info! 👍🏻
I also have never owned one and I keep debating if I should. Zollo put together another outstanding video that featured so many highlights of the series 7 watch. I have the 13 mini and I also feel like getting the watch is very much a luxury but not a necessity. Something to think about for sure but still trying to justify the purchase/expense 🤷🏽♂️

I've had the series 7 for a few weeks now and love the larger display. It's pretty much the same as my old series 5 apart from the blood oxygen sensor. I got the series 7 so I could give my series 5 to my Mum.
Just upgraded from a Nike series 3 to the Nike series 7. My 3 was still working well and I had no battery issues even after 4 years, but I figured it was time. I am very happy with the series 7 and besides the much bigger screen I am mostly pleased with the increased speed and responsiveness of the 7.

I upgraded from the series 3 , it’s def faster and has a much better display, but it wasn’t a crazily drastic upgrade like it was going from my iPhone 11 to the 13 pro max.
I upgraded from the red aluminum series 6 40mm to the gold stainless steel series 7 45mm. Knowing that not a whole lot has changed but the keyboard had me sold and I was constantly irritated with myself for not originally getting my series 6 in the stainless steel BUT found it to be just the right upgrade to jump to the bigger screen along side the typing my phone can stay in my pocket more now with the little extra piece of mind with durability that the stainless steel has over the aluminum I did still opt for a clear bumper case (modal brand from Best Buy) with a zagg invisible shield screen protector and it has been awesome!
I picked up a black titanium. It took me forever to find one but I finally scored one. My last watch was a series 4 Stainless Steel which I handed down to my son. Good thing I held up to this year since the 7's screen is really nice. The titanium is super light too. It may look like an aluminium but that's alright. I normally like to buy the best Apple Watch since I tend to upgrade them every 3 or so years unlike the iPhone which I have been upgrading every year, except for 11 which I held up on when I went from X Pro Max 512 to 12 PM 1TB.
My stainless steel Series 4 display has held up well. I use the Apple Solo breaded watch band too. I might wait to Series 8 next year to upgrade. I was hoping for the flat edge casing.

I use the EKG feature also. I have A-Fib off and on, and the watch alerts me when I go into AF. The fall detection is useful too.

I just got that Nomad band for my series 7. It really is gorgeous. I highly recommend it if you want the perfect match for your graphite watch.

Looks like it’s time to upgrade from my series 3 many good years with this watch but I like the screen, heart monitors , and blood oxygen sensors.

Good video Aaron. I upgraded from Apple Watch 3 to Apple Watch 7 but I think the Apple Watch 3 had slightly better battery life.
Switched from Series 5 to 7. I did it mainly for increased durability and easier to read screen. I’m actually very happy with it, though the change seems so subtle that I almost don’t notice it sometimes, until I try to wear my series 4.
Just got my first ever Apple Watch, the series 7 45mm in graphite stainless steel with the milanese loop and it is absolutely stunning! Looks classy and feels premium

Series 7 watch sold out everywhere in my area. Maybe after Christmas or new year I’ll be able to buy one
I have an S5 currently. Always had it in a rhinoshield case so there are no scratches at all. Would put the S7 in a case as well due to my job. Feel like I’d loose the benefit of having the wrap around screen. Want the new watch but having trouble upgrading. My S5 is working just fine with no issues.

This will be my first Apple watch, I was all android for years but this year I switched to Apple with the 13 pro max and now serie 7 watch ❤ I ordered the starlight, but will defiantly buy a case for it 😊
I bought the new Apple Watch Series 7. For me it’s really good. I like. Compare with Series 5, battery is great, compared with Series 6, it’s almost the same. My favourite feature is the ,,larger screen“. I recommend this Watch!

I sold my apple watch series 6 aluminum and got the 45 mm Apple watch serie 7 stainless steel silver and i think the larger screen for me makes a big difference it really looks and feel much more premium and durable ! Thanks for the review !

The series 7 is fantastic! The bigger screen is amazing + the steel is shiny but awesome! Can‘t imagine to use a series 3 or lower with such an outdated display! 😃

Coming from a series 4, I think this is a massive upgrade. The only thing that I had an issue with was I felt the always on display drains the battery too much for my liking. This is my first experience with it so maybe I did something wrong. Other than that, I’m very happy with it. I have the same one Aaron has except I got the blue sport band.
How long does it last with always display on?
I picked up the Series 7 45mm in Abyss Blue as my first Apple Watch, I’m impressed!

Upgrade from OG Apple Watch to series 7. When my old watch stuck on watchOS 4, I thought I may not need the new features such as sleep tracking and ECG. All I use it for is time checking and very lite fitness tracking.
But when I buy the new series 7 this month, I’m surprised how many the watch has changed. The speed is much faster, display is much brighter, the dial has haptic feedback now. And yes, the battery feels the same. I think this watch could work for another six years.

Recently upgraded to the 41mm Series 7 from a 42mm series 3 and have been loving the display.
Buy it & evaluate it for a week. I had a 6 and tried the 7. I kept the 7 as the bigger screen & faster charging were worth it for how I use the watch. It would have been hard to come to that conclusion if I hadn’t worn it for a week.
I upgraded from series 6 to 7, love screen size. Most of all I like the faster charging!

I went ahead last night and bought the Series 7 45mm SS, It is replacing my Series 4 42mm SS, and so far I feel it really was a worthy upgrade. I did order today the stainless steel band in your video, that looks amazing with the watch for those night outs vs the usual Sport Bands I have or the Leather Loop.

I have the 13 mini and I also feel like getting the watch is very much a luxury but not a necessity. Something to think about for sure but still trying to justify the purchase/expense 🤷🏽♂️

I've had the series 7 for a few weeks now and love the larger display. It's pretty much the same as my old series 5 apart from the blood oxygen sensor. I got the series 7 so I could give my series 5 to my Mum.
I love my series 7 watch especially with larger letters and numbers its great
Just upgraded from a Nike series 3 to the Nike series 7. My 3 was still working well and I had no battery issues even after 4 years, but I figured it was time. I am very happy with the series 7 and besides the much bigger screen I am mostly pleased with the increased speed and responsiveness of the 7.

I upgraded from the series 3 , it’s def faster and has a much better display, but it wasn’t a crazily drastic upgrade like it was going from my iPhone 11 to the 13 pro max.

I upgraded from the red aluminum series 6 40mm to the gold stainless steel series 7 45mm. Knowing that not a whole lot has changed but the keyboard had me sold and I was constantly irritated with myself for not originally getting my series 6 in the stainless steel BUT found it to be just the right upgrade to jump to the bigger screen along side the typing my phone can stay in my pocket more now with the little extra piece of mind with durability that the stainless steel has over the aluminum I did still opt for a clear bumper case (modal brand from Best Buy) with a zagg invisible shield screen protector and it has been awesome!
I picked up a black titanium. It took me forever to find one but I finally scored one. My last watch was a series 4 Stainless Steel which I handed down to my son. Good thing I held up to this year since the 7's screen is really nice. The titanium is super light too. It may look like an aluminium but that's alright. I normally like to buy the best Apple Watch since I tend to upgrade them every 3 or so years unlike the iPhone which I have been upgrading every year, except for 11 which I held up on when I went from X Pro Max 512 to 12 PM 1TB.
My stainless steel Series 4 display has held up well. I use the Apple Solo breaded watch band too. I might wait to Series 8 next year to upgrade. I was hoping for the flat edge casing.
