    How many sets and reps for the extension exercises

      1-2 sets daily 20 reps of each. During workouts you can do more just keep it consistent

      @@Performancelabofcalifornia the biomechanics has helped with making my jump effortless but I didn’t start doing the exercises until last week but so far yes it has made my full extension feel more extended and less restricted

    Everyone talks about running off the board. When you are running, your foot strikes below your hip. I have watched many vidoes and NEVER have I watched a video of a good long jumper that does that. The plant is ALWAYS in front of them.

      It’s more about intention, it’s almost impossible for a human to jump with the foot right under
