You're getting patches because you're mixing water based primers (Milk/ELF) with silicone based products. The bronzer is heavy on the silicone. Try pairing the right kind of products together xx
I didn’t necessarily have patchiness with the rare beauty bronzer stick, however I noticed when I applied it and look close, it sunk into all my pores and made me look like I had little dots all over my face where it sat and collected in my pores, and I don’t even have big pores around the perimeters of my face where I apply bronzer. I’ve never * has that happen to me with any other product of this type. I returned it 🤷🏼♀️

First off, yes it’s so hot in Texas! We live in the southern part of Texas and it’s so friggin hot here! And humid. And I love the L’Oréal foundation as well. It’s gorgeous and I’ve used almost half of the bottle because it’s stunning. And the L’Oréal bronzer is amazing as well. So smooth and beautiful. And I love what you said about not caring about expired products. Made me laugh.
Took the grandbabies to our county fair this past Saturday and it was 96 degrees and full A sun!!!! We still have full Summer over here in The Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia and I am here for it! My ABH Modern Renaissance palette is old too, but I still break it out every now and then, especially for that Raw Sienna shade!
I think we have the same skin we always have the same taste! I love the products you used today. Rare beauty does that to me too if I put it right on my face, pick it up with your brush! If I do put it directly on my face, I spray a setting spray and let it sit for awhile on my face to warm up before blending and use a denser brush
The rare beauty bronzer stick I have is stunning… I have never noticed it being patchy on my skin. I do use a lighter shade and a very small amount of it. ❤
The Rare beauty bronzer stick is a holy grail of mine and never gets patchy on me! I’ll echo what some of the other comments are saying.. maybe it’s the gripping primer? Try using a more moisturizing primer and see if that makes a difference :)

@Vianney Strick I have the rare beauty stick as well. It has worked great for me up until the last three times I have wore it. It’s still creamy but it gets spotty on me too and from time to time it’s looked muddy. No matter what complexion product I have on. I think your right as it sits over time it starts to not work. I loved it until recently.

The ABH Modern Renaissance palette was my very first palette and I remember I used it to death and panned a lot of pans on it. I loved the Kosas powder as well, I remember it was really popular 2 years ago. I didn't like the packaging and lack of a mirror though, so I never repurchased it for that reason

Girl I has mixed feeling about the rare beauty too … I want to love it as others do but it does the same on my skin too and I also tried putting it on a brush first it kinda helps . But I’m still giving it a go … I always go back to my milk bronzer .

I’m sorry but every time I see someone apply stick bronzer, or stick blush, directly to the face, I see it leaves spots where it lifts foundation. It doesn’t matter what product it is, or how high end it is, they always lift up foundation and leave white marks under it. I always apply stick products with a fluffy brush and never directly on the face with the stick.

It’s surprisingly not super tacky! That’s why I love it! It’s not a greasy mess. The formula is great and you can always dust some powder on top and it still looks a little dewy :)

When I apply the rare beauty right to my face it goes patchy but if I pick the product up with a brush then apply I don’t have any problems.

The bronzer might be patchy bc of the milk primer the tackieness can cause patchieness. Imo
