Mac and Cheese Oven Baked Recipe

400g elbow macaroni
1 stick or 1/2 cup butter
4 tbsp flour
4 cup milk
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 1/2 tbsp tomato paste
1/2 tbsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1 tbsp pecorino Romano ( or parmesan cheese )
250g orange cheddar cheese for the sauce
600g mix mozzarella and cheddar for the 3 layers
bake on 375F for 18 to 20 minutes let it rest for 10 min
and ENJOY!!

I always fry some smoked bacon on the side and also I fry sausage and then cut it into pieces, then I add it to the Mac n' Cheese.
