At 0:49 you can see that the house has changed to red and the oak tree has sprouted green leaves 6:09 seems like spiderling chandeliers with webbing, OR they could have added finally the water flea spine as a drop. You can also see another type of chandelier in the bottom left corner that seems to be made from black widowlings which you get a better shot of here 9:31
The house in the background at 0:50 is red instead of the usual cream colour and the sandbox appears to be yellow like seen in the Pax East stream. The Oak Tree is also green instead of orange, so a lot of different things will be coming in NG+.
i think you may be a bit color-blind, because the sandbox was changed to blue-not yellow. it's cool to see all of the changes though, it makes certain areas stand out more!

Little detail I noticed in the trailer... The door with the computer screens next to it.... Look at the screens, the 3 on the right have corresponding boss symbols, the one on the left has a coffee pot symbol. (8 minutes, 17 seconds into the video)

The update won't be mid. By the very nature of it being an update it can't be bad, since it is just more content. Not sure if you are expecting Obsidian to completely redo the entire game or something...

Yea but i think the devs themselves are done with grounded from what they have said in the past. But people have been talking about them maybe making a grounded 2, which could be kinda teased if in the new game +’s we could cure wendell. And then he would make the next events happen for the new game
