this may have been demonstrated on other channels , however, I saw it here, first. I absolutely LOVE this method for I am attempting to use up many of my supplies as there is a relocation in my near future. I have glow int the dark dimensional paints yet did not want too much raised area. This is PERFECT! Now to find what to paint on that I already have.
Just gorgeous, I use to love doing fabric painting, I had a friend , who got something on her favorite pants I took them home and painted some flowers, she got so Many complaints on them, I’m wanting to get back into it. Hi April....I just discovered your channel and I love your videos. Please let me know if this technique can be done on paper or board or even canvas? I hope you make some more videos....thank you for sharing!
You can use this technique on any kind of surface. Textile medium is not necessary if you're not painting on fabric Hope that helps. Thank you for watching.
April, I know you teach over in Torrance, but would love to see if you have tried Plaid's new Fabric Creations ink yet. Leaves the fabric as soft as before you paint! Would love to see something new from you! It's been over a year since you posted a UA-cam video. Love you much,
Awesome video, curious could you do this on faux leather, like on a purse if so what kind of medium would you use? And can you use regular acrylic paint, because I have alot of acrylic paint. Thank you for Sharing have a good evening!!!
Yes, this works great on leather. I've done this on black leather and looks beautiful. It's best to use the fabric paint (So Soft Fabric Paint from DecoArt.com) to add color instead of regular acrylic paints. That will tend to chipp off after awhile. Thank you for watching.
Yes, I have done this on a black faux leather purse. Works great! If you want color, the dimensional fabric paints come in all different colors. It will be better than just going over with the acrylic paints. It may chip off. It is best to use the So Soft Fabric. They come in all different colors. Thank you for watching!
Yes you can but the affect will be a little different. You can look at my other fabric painting video using regular paint. Thank you for watching. Let me know if you have any more questions.

April Numamoto Ty April!!!
Merciii beaucoup
The green acrylic glitter paint that you use did you add any medium to that
When you use fabric paint, you do not need any medium. The medium is already in the paint. So no medium is used in this video. Thank you for watching.
In the video where I add color, I used water or Textile Medium to thin out the paint. So water alone is fine to use here.
M"am Iam an Indian: " super painting. "! ? Can u suggest best company world famous flat no; Angler no flat & round. Brushes ?

Does acrylic paint works for it?

Online class available?
Hi Dear any new video? Your work is so beautiful but the last upload is 1 year ago
I've been very busy with my classes here. I hope to have a new video up soon. Thank you for watching.
does anyone know how to remove this kind of paint?? after it is dry
Can this be done on t-shirts
Yes you can. Just make sure you put something stiff inside the shirt to make it taut. It will make painting a lot easier. Thank you for watching.
