Durable, hygienically safe, and robust: Polyphenylsulfone (PPSU) is a high-performance plastic with excellent strength, heat resistance, and chemical resistance. That is why we use PPSU for our alpex fittings for drinking water installations. They are lead-free and comply with current European and German standards. Their high strength guarantees stability without deformation and far exceeds the quality of normal plastics. In addition, no corrosion occurs: The durable plastic connectors are not affected even by frequently fluctuating water quality. The high chemical resistance to corrosive factors such as chlorine ensures long-lasting functionality. Their smooth surface properties also make them incrustation-free and thus prevent limescale deposits. The low weight facilitates handling and installation as compared to brass fittings. In addition, PPSU fittings are cost-efficient and more stable in price than connectors made of brass or other metals. We offer a comprehensive and harmonised range of PPSU fittings and moulded components. We have been manufacturing PPSU fittings at our Königsberg site for over 20 years - quality made in Germany.
