Thanks so much for the tip! I have done simple alterations before, but I don't know if I trust myself with something with so many seams and fully lined. It has boning too. This dress is really not messing around!
@@hannahscholle yes I have only done simple ones too. Boning wow that is full on!! Maybe go get a professional tailor then? It looks lovely on you, so I can understand wanting to get it done :)
❤ great video. Love that you mentioned about having to have certain items in your wardrobe just to accommodate wearing "some" pieces. Very helpful 👌 Rosie 👩🦳 74 🇨🇦
hey hannah i really like this video! fashion is a little hobby of mine as well and i love to see how much you enjoy it too. i think it's awesome that you also talk about pieces individually and not just do it all in timelapse because it's so much more helpful for others to maybe do the right decisions in the future. but one tipp: turn down the volume of the background music, it's a little bit loud :) have a great day!!
Have the dress tailored, if you find it too expensive try to tailor it yourself before deciding to get rid of it. You obviously love it very much and it only needs a few adjustments tu be perfect again, think the price it would cost you to buy a brand new dress you'd love as much (probably more than having it professionnally tailored).
You are so right, but I'm having a hard time finding a tailor in my area. I just need to do more in depth research. I've also been keeping an eye Poshmark to see if I could find the same exact dress in the smaller size.
Sure! I'm hoping to do some more health related videos in the future! I'm a little worried it will be more controversial, though. Just because if 20-year-old-me heard what today-me thinks about nutrition she would definitely think I'm crazy. Sooo... yeah. Controversial health videos coming your way! ;)
I will try! I'm still trying to find a place in my local area that will do something like this. I'm only finding bridal dress tailors, so I may need to call and ask specifically. I tried to wear it again this week with a bulkier collared shirt underneath. Yeah, not doing that again, it's definitely just too big. :(
You can take in the extra inches on your favourite dress with a sewing machine :) I did it with one of my dresses, it is super easy. Loved your video!

Thank you so much for your kind comment! I did get a little carried away with the music. I'll keep this in mind in the future!

Really motivating video! Can you share your poshmark?
Thank you! My Poshmark is just @hannahscholle , but I haven't listed any of this stuff yet. I'm hoping to get cracking on that next month!
Can you share what you eat in a day and do for exercise and how you lost weight
