This is actually good, I mean, I was freaking out when you added in 8tsp of chia seeds but as soon as you said this is for 4 servings this made a whole lotta sense, I would say, its typically around 350-400 calories which is perfect for a breakfast the best thing though, is you're not stuffing your face with refined carbs or sugar,Which is Brilliant! and Thanks for this amazing recipe,Cheers 👍
