    Thank you Coach Solich. Did you hear that folks. Coach Solich said he’d take a bunch of tough guys to go to battle with. No mention of star ratings. Or any of that horse hockey. Tough hungry guys!

    If Coach Solich didn't feel welcome the last 20 years, that makes me feel sad. Fearless Frankie should always feel welcome here.

    Fullback mentality in a head coach can be fun for the fans and bring dominance for a program wish they kept him in Nebraska

    Frank still sounds pretty good for being away 20 years.
    This celebration to honor him was long overdue.

    Be fun to have Coach Osborne, Coach McBride, and Coach Solich in a roundtable like recollection of their time at Nebraska......Coach McBride, to me as substantiated by his resume, is one of the top defensive coordinators in the history of college football!

      Hey my friend, did I tell you I got to meet Coach Mcbride? I was 50 and was like a 10yo meeting his hero. He is a truly humble man that is modest about his success. Great to see you here on UA-cam. Let's Goooo!!! GBR ☠️☠️☠️☠️

      @@stephencostello3174 I would have love to meet Coach McBride. If you ever get a chance to read Jason Peter's book detailing his issues with addiction, he talks quite a bit about Coach McBride. I posted a comment under Coach Ruhl's discussion about spring practices today detailing my meeting Coach Osborne on homecoming weekend when Texas came to town and upset the then 5th ranked Huskers in 2010. 15 minutes talking football with Coach Osborne.......Hope all is well with you and your family. We need to coordinate meeting in Lincoln on GameDay this upcoming season.....the IHOP for breakfast then head to the stadium.

      @@stephencostello3174I went to HS with both Solich’s and McBride’s kids. A much more simple time and the pinnacle of Husker football. Excited to have Coach Solich honored for his contributions to the program. Would love to see coach McBride brought back as well.

    The Nebraska fans have always been on Franks side. Steve Pederson was the worst thing to ever happen to Nebraska football.

    Absolute shame Rhule didn’t keep Billy GOAT on staff in some shape or form. But besides that I’ve been very positive about Rhule. So happy that Frank is finally getting the honors he deserves! GBMFR!!!🌽☠️

    The most telling thing about Husker football is the fact that Frank Solich was the last coach to win a conference championship. All that fire/hire a coach crap didn’t work very well for Nebraska.

      How about all the catastrophes that had to happen for them to end up in the national title gameand then end up doing a wonderful job on Miami's first drive geocraper intercepting Ken Dorsey that was about the highlight of the game 34-0 half 37-14 final. but I will admit he still is the best coach besides boccalino we've had Nebraska love to fire 9-3 head coaches what are the all-time leader at that

  • @BothaWalters-fx5xu
    @BothaWalters-fx5xu Рік тому

    58-12 as well as the last conference title Nebraska won since 2000and being the coach for the last relevant Nebraska team in fun factbrask is the all-time leader in firing a coach after going 9-3 we won't surrender the big 12 to Texas and Oklahoma. So we're going to leave to get pummeled by Wisconsin and look over Minnesota get created by Ohio State and Michigan LOL I'm sorry I'm bitter it's been awhile since we've been good don't you miss Bo and Solich
