Cool old set of darts! I know that's how I feel about my Halex darts from the early 2000s, like they were a crappy cheap set I bought from Walmart but I still like throwing them!
I loved the OG Hendo darts. Man, Red Dragon made some awesome darts from 2012 to 2016 that are no longer produced. I wish these companies brought back some old school darts every so often
I’ve seen him play live on tv at the bar few months ago… pretty good player. I’ve been partnered with Alex Reyes at a big tournament here in Austin TX, sponsored by dynasty played and lost against phill Taylor . Quite a few really good players in Texas….
Definitely Old School Darin Young darts if they were Halex branded. Just goes to show that our top players in USA did not receive good sponsorship. Things are a bit different now luckily but can always stand improvement. Great shooting and video!
Worldwide; nice nostalgic review. The darts still look relevant. Different subject; do you or any of your subscribers know what happened to Bulls Eye news? I've tried to get ahold of them (longtime subscriber) several times over the past year and a half with no luck. Tried again yesterday and the site was not even coming up. Thanks
Thanks Mike. Best I know is that they went under. They tried to keep it going a couple years ago but it wasn't worth it. At least that's what I've heard. Don't take that as actual fact. Although I do think it's accurate
Nice video, Worldwide! Not sure they would suit me with my mid-rear grip, but you never know unless you try. Have you any plans to review some of the new Loxley darts? There are a few really nice sets, including the Robin Model 2s.
I still can't figure out why we Americans suck so much at darts. Probably just not enough people playing growing up. I'm the only one I know of in my circle of friends who even watches the PDC. Most Americans don't even know pro darts is a thing. Still tho, why haven't we seen an American prodigy yet?
Way too much cricket, short formats, and a HUGE dependency on team games like doubles, mixed doubles, and mixed trips. Oh yeah, let's throw in soft tip as well. None of that is producing players that can compete with people that play steel tip 501 100% of the time.

Love a review of darts from the past.
I love rare old darts. These darts look realy nice. Great review, thank you.
Thanks for watching!
Never heard of this manufacturer before, so definitely a very interesting video!
My favorite us player... Allways calm
They reminded me of the Ian White darts immediately as well 🙈
You're right about them looking like Ian white ones, my first thought was a chonkiet jon henderson dart from his world cup

Soo simple but beautifull darts..

Alex is definitely a great player. Tons of great players down that way.
Nice old school darts. Good review as always
Thanks 👍

I have some Johnny K darts but never any Darren’s. I did watch him play at the World Series of Darts in 2005 though

When you cut the package open my heart skipped a beat.. I always think darts should be thrown, not in a package. But this one still hurts a bit 😁
I couldn't find my box cutter. I had planned to do it all nice but at the end of the day, who cares. I only wanted to get to the darts 😂

Thanks. I'll probably review the Robin 2's and the 19g Keith Deller's. 👍🏻
I bought my set from Sears for $26.00 , back in 2005.
What stems are those they look like they're made from the plastic that Teflon chopping blocks are made from??
Seems to be teflon. They feel way different from any other nylon/poly stem
@@WorldwideDarts thank you for the response I got to get me some of those
9:07 - Spotted a D.J. flip... :)
Those are old enough to buy a beer here in Germany
Your darts are good you could probably win the BDO
Or an easy first round draw for someone 😂
I think if you want to see how those darts fly. I think much better if you use the stock or the original set-up
The flights it came with are horrible.
One does not simply cut one side of a blister pack and open it!
Why don’t you play in tournaments anymore your by far one of the best in the states
Plenty of awesome younger players out there nowadays that are throwing heat. I'm happy enough with this UA-cam channel 👍🏻
Definitely but u gotta give it one more go and u could vlog the comeback would be huge for the channel
Who is Daren young? Has he ever won anything? I think he is a one hit wonder. You should play tournaments again!
I have no idea who Daren Young is. 🤷♂️

You know your 1 of the better players in the United States right?😜
Best in my house anyway. My girlfriend stands no chance 😂
@@WorldwideDarts I have a question, have you ever done pro tours?
