On October 1st, 2023, In Florida. law enforcement responded to a domestic disturbance. A man and his intoxicated Russian wife were involved in a conflict over his breakfast burrito. Despite attempts to communicate, the woman exhibited evasive behavior, hindering the investigation. The man cooperated with authorities, but the woman's confrontational demeanor led to her arrest for disruptive behavior. She resisted arrest and displayed aggression towards officers during transportation, highlighting the challenges faced in managing hostile individuals during tense encounters.

Umm @Criminalsonbodycam you do understand this woman was from another country and not a very nice one to woman, she probably doesn't understand American laws that well, so what you saw as combative or lying could be not understanding they should have NEVER Questioned her without an interpreter mixing 2 different cultures can be a shock maybe she drinks because he abuses her mentally & physically why marry someone who you can't understand? Even the cops handcuffing her talked like she wasn't even standing in front of them they were very insulting towards her, she is from another country in #Russia people who get arrested are never seen again so her freaking out to how these cops are treating & talking to her is understandable the #Police failed I hope this woman gets an attorney who can talk Russian and helps her understand the laws or her rights cause these cops treated her like an animal husband prob does too!

@@NS.Katz5541 The male officer treated her very well. He read her the Miranda rights slowly and explained what each one meant after reading it.
He has marks on him, she does not. He has tried to get her help and has a safety plan in place. She day drinks with her kids. It's not hard to see the issue here, unless you're biased or blind!
The cop was unnecessarily rude to the delivery guys. There’s clearly a language barrier. There’s no need to be that short and curt with them.
Those big deliveries usually cost the buyer. Id be cranky they sent them away.

Sure you do, bud. YOU DO WHATEVER YOU HAVE TO DO TO PROTECT YOUR KIDS!!!!! You have her arrested and you leave her in jail. You get a restraining order preventing her from being around you and the kids. Then you file for emergency custody. You make it so she can only see the kids at supervised visits. You get the court to force her to take DV prevention classes and anger management. You fight for those kids and get full custody. You let her know you won’t be helping her get citizenship and that she won’t see the kids unless she behaves like a rational adult. That’s what you do because your kids matter more than anything. And do it now while the kids are young.

And all she has to do is make an allegation he did "something" to her or one of the kids and he'll be tied up in court for who knows how long proving his innocence while his career and reputation are destroyed.

Also it was clear the issue was ONLY with these two people and BOTH of them were under police control; police knew the situation was safe. This wasn't a big crime scene that needed protection. Do you always think a person with a different opinion as you must be on some sort of mind altering drug? Anyway, I am not on anything.

Get a lawyer and contact immigration- she wont be able to take the kids once he files for separation or dissolution. She's a mess and he needs to get her away from the kids. I'm just as angry at him as I am at her.

I looked up the origin and it dates back to the 1600s so it's possible that the word came to the US with the first colonists and has always been part of your vocabulary since the very beginning.

The narration was a running critique of the investgating officer. He was very clear and patient. The Russian woman was both passive aggressive and hysterical.

I loved Casey Kasem’s voice. I remember listening to his American Top 40 on the radio starting when I was in high school. He did voiceovers as well. He passed away about 10 years ago from dementia. There was an ongoing battle between his children from his first marriage and his second wife. The wife would not allow his children to see him and took drastic measures to physically hide him in other states and even outside of the US as his health deteriorated. It was so very sad. I’m sure a lot of her actions were fueled by money.

Proper court procedure is whoever calls the witness has a direct examination, then the other side gets a cross examination, and then the first attorney gets a redirect to tidy up any confusion from the other side. It's like this judge doesn't know wtf he's doing and is SUCH A PRICK . I hope he's removed from the bench. If you don't even know proper procedure, you have no business being a judge.
