I wonder if Tori realizes that many of the people who show up at her performances aren't only there to watch her perform but to show her how many lives she's touched & saved
This is such a beautiful song! It's filled with sorrow, and yet there is hope. I'm not sure why, but it brings tears to my eyes, everytime. Tori is a true genius, she is freaking fabulous!!
Saw her last night in Philly. Now Im listening to this song thinking about how sad it is that Robin Williams is no longer with us. This song is so fitting for this time, truly Beautiful.
I guess a lot of fans have become defensive about it, but you are right... people should be less so. Personally, I am not so bothered that she had (I think) a face lift and some filler work done... I would rather she had felt secure enough not to, but it is her face and her call... Also she looks a lot more natural now a few years on... I think there was just a period around ADP/AATS where she had surgery, lost weight and wore unforgiving pale makeup that all conspired for an alien look!
I know, this seems to be a very touchy and divisive topic among fans. I always think back to Iieee and how she felt she may have needed more than "a lip gloss boost in your America". But her personal decisions are not for any of us to pry into, much less judge. She has never been anything less than a brilliant singer, a powerful songwriter, a top-notch musician and a wonderful human being who continues to have such a huge impact so many lives.
I've heard she had jaw surgery, but I honestly can't see it... As for her face changing, I always took that for aging (?). Anyways, she's still attractive, I love her teeth and eyes.
what an odd choice to start the show with. i watched curtain call first. i think that should have been the opener. don't get me wrong ... this is stunningly beautiful, but an odd starting point in my humble opinion :)
Watching her on the piano is a mythical experience
