Anubhav Ji. ICH is basically a Jabalpur brand, hence we have 10+ outlets. The Sadar outlet you visited is arguably the first ICH ever opened while Jabalpur also serves as the HQ and central office of ICH. It is as much symbolic to Jabalpur folks as say something like Karim's would be to Delhites.
There was a samosa maker named Pandit Ji at Chungi Choki chock, about 65 years back. I have not seen that quality of samosa not only in Jabalpur but all over India. I am 77 years old lived in jabalpur during my studies.
Thanks for coming to jabalpur however the places you visited are not the iconic and famous places (except ICH). These are new places which slowed getting famous but they are nothing compared to the old taste of jabalpur. 1. Dwarka kachori old bus stand 2. Shyam ke samose at lordganj 3. Kesharwani mangode near nagar nigam. 4. Roshogolla at calcutta sweet kripal chowk. 5. Falahari gatpat at kamaniya gate 6. Kesar milk at mahaveer dairy. 7. Icchadhari lassi. 8. Civic Center chowpatty. 9. Kaka dabeli.
Sir, i watch and appreciate all your videos regularly. Being born and brought up in Jabalpur, it seemed very unfair that you did not show the actually popular junctions. Shubhi did not seem to be localite, otherwise she would have definitely suggested food from fuara, kamaniya gate ,vijaynagar chowpati and Shivshakti faluda at madatal. Gwarighat is just an infant in front of these. With due respect, i am sure these were not paid promotions.
Not sure why but many famous food places have not been covered i.e -Amrut bhandar ( bangali sweets and ghee samosa ) Gupta chat in civic center, famous kachori center behind purana bus stand, Raja rasgulla, Gatpat and laasi center at kamaniya gate also thakurji ki chaat. Maybe due less time or some other reasons...video is restricted only sadar area and guwarighat....
Amruita bhandar ke desi ghee k samose, prakash Chaat, chaat in gorakhpur, mangoray, and icchadhari lassi ko cover karne ke liye aapko ek aur video banana padega.
I regularly eat Sabudani ka vada from aappka phalahari. Very hygenic and tasty. The owner is indeed very humble and polite. Just adjacent to his stall on the left is Pracheen Narmada mata temple.
You did not cover the prime areas of Jabalpur like Vijaynagar chowpati, Kamania gate (specially khoa jalebi) and Gupteswar Gupta stall (specially samose) etc. The girl accompanying you did not seem to be much aware or detailed though she tried her best.

I had started my school from Jabalpur and luckily I was stating on top of Infian coffee house tge one featured in this video, till 3rd standard I was in Jabalpur then moved to Delhi as My grandfather he was in Military. I never visited after that but still I remember jabalpur, there was Cinema Hall in Jabalpur when I use to stay there which was open , A park with 🦒 type of slide. Bhera ghat, st christopher children's school i was studying
Anubhav ji egg dosa of ICH is very tempting. I am sure you will love it's taste. My all time favourite food of ICH is egg dosa. You will enjoy samosa, kachauri of dwarka, near old bus stand Jabalpur. You must visit there for its unique taste. I liked the way you covered evening Narmada arti on the bank of Narmada. Someone has well said the one who has drink Narmada water will never go away from this City. I myself have experienced it as I am living here from past 30 years. I have completed my education from jabalpur and worked almost 10 years outside jabalpur, in metro cities of India but I never had a similar feeling which I had experience here.
