THANK YOU! THANK YOU! Many children and adults need to watch the Home Ec. videos that you are doing. I was blessed to have a mom that taught me this and I took "Home Ec" in school. This series is something that I take for granted that people know. I am going to be sharing your videos.

Iv got chill bumps. I was born and raised in Arkansas. We raised our family in Hot Springs, AR. But we have moved a lot. We live in the Blue Ridge Mountains of NC. Very similar to the Ozarks. My heart is always in AR. I loved what you said about the deep homesickness and nostalgia. It's so true. I am subscribing.

Good basic series well communicated with info often not known by the younger generations who haven't grown up in a cooking family.

We have a granddaughter who is homeschooled, and they live in Texas. I sent your info to our daughter so our granddaughter could use this in her Home Ec portion. She can kill 2 birds with one stone in this one. Learn to measure properly while cooking and do her fractions for math. Love this series.

I love this series And I earned something new about the dry scale. I just would weigh the bowl and subtract it fron my total weight. But zero the tare button is a breeze! You are doing a great service by teaching these classes!

Another trick is to put the measuring cup into the cannister/container and slightly roll it to the side. That will let the flour pour into the measuring cup, filling it the same way. That is what I usually do because it is quicker ;)

I actually woke up thinking about your home ec series this morning. Proper ways to measure ingredients came to mind. So many experienced cooks don’t know this. Love this!!

Okay, so I actually learned something today and I'm 54 years old!
I didn't know you should measure your flour loosely! I've been doing it wrong for years 😱. Thank you Constance 🤗

Hello Constance. I have been watching your videos for quite some time now. I always enjoy them and love your calm demeanor, soft spoken voice, and your strong faith. I have tried to print out some of your recipes on your website but every time I try it wants me to download a program in order to print or save them. My computer gives me a security alert each time and will not allow it. Is there another way to save or print your recipes? Thank you.
