LOL Brooke and Ridge’s gingerbread cookie show was cute… and funny 😂 I live for the chemistry those two have in the early episodes. It’s so much fun to watch.
Also, the Logan girls’ daddy issues are showing. I’ve noticed that they tend to go after men who are much older. I’m guessing when you don’t have a decent loving father available to validate you, you find what’s the “next best thing.”

@@hraslan no i think the real factor is Ridge danger of dying. This was the real turning point. It was a slow buildup..Caroline seeing Brooke with Ridge in Big Bear and then Brooke confessing for the letter made Caroline question her state of mind when she made the choice to marry Thorne, then Ridge blatantly telling her he wants her and Brooke is just a distraction, finding out Thorne's involvement changed the way she viewed Thorne somewhat, the daily mutual teasing between Ridge/Caroline led to the drunken night, her then being confused and cold to Thorne and seeing Ridge grw closer to Brooke, and finally Ridge getting shot and prospect of him dying

Please stop saying he deceitfully did anything. BROOKE GAVE CAROLINE THE LETTER AND WHEN RIDGE WROTE THE LETTER HE WAS HAVING SEX WITH OTHER WOMEN AT THE SAME TIME AND IT WAS SHOWN IN THE NEWSPAPER. THORNE DIDN'T TELL CAROLINE ABOUT THE LETTER AT FIRST B/C HE KNEW SHE'D BE A STUPID FOOL AND WOULD BUY HIS LIES WHILE HE WAS SLEEPING WITH DIFFERENT WOMEN EACH NIGHT. Was he wrong yes, but Brooke gave her the letter and she still turned Ridge down because he was still sleeping around with other women.

There's a part of me that wants to push them into a lovers' relationship based on her daddy issues and then there's that part of me that's so against pairing up younger women with older men, leaving the young men with little options...not fair to Nick and Rocco. Oh my gawd, Thorne's love is so suffocating, he's choking that marriage. Not every woman wants that kind of loving.
