I miss when Pharell was on the top of his game like this. Seriously everything he touched back in this era was just DOPE as hell. People like to talk about Timberland or Kanye West but Pharell was probably one of the most creative dudes ever.
This track, along with many other bangers, was produced by the Neptunes. Although I agree with you, you also gotta give Chad Hugo credit for helping to create that signature sound we all know and love!

@@michealstotten3741 Usher been out since like, 92/93. He was like 12/13 yrs old. Look up "Just Call Me A Mack" from the Poetic Justice soundtrack. Lil Usher is adorable lol. And I think JT was on MMC around 93 as well...so they both entered the game around the same time. Not sure which one was older then, but they pretty much grew up alongside each other in the industry.
@@TheZakiya yes I am aware of this. I am 44 years old so i am very well aware of both of their beginnings. But to claim that usher was responsible for JT success is ignorant. They each chose their own path and they were each held up by older artists. Usher had nothing to do with the rise of JT. That's what i was trying to explain. But it doesn't matter. People gonna say what they want
@@michealstotten3741 And I agree with you. Usher was NOT responsible for the success of JT. Whoever says this just don't know. Lol. Personally, I was hip to Usher before I was hip to JT only because I wasn't watching the MMC when I was that age, I was more into Jodeci, Kris Kross, early TLC, early Usher, ect...plus we didn't have the Disney Channel lol. I only became hip to JT during the reign of N'Sync, and even then they were just another "Backstreet Boy Band" to me, I never payed them any attention because I just wasn't into that stuff, but you couldn't ignore them because they were EVERYWHERE. I do remember seeing some performances of them and immediate noticing the curly haired front man and feeling as if he was gonna one day be the "solo career" choice..it was obvious he stood out. But Usher had a flourishing career by this time, the "My Way" project was killing the game, and he had pretty much established himself as a young King. Buut...I started paying attention to N'Sync by their last album...the song "Gone" really surprised me as something I fell in love with. The whole album was 🔥, and it also was the album that made it obvious JT was on his way, and I really started paying attention to his vocal ability as well. I found that I liked JT a lot. Then he went solo, and the "Cry Me A River" sent me over the edge as a solidified fan. I bought the Justified album. Classic!! Neither one of them are responsible for either successes...for a while the vibe both artists give was prevalent everywhere in the industry, from Ginuwine, to Sisqo. Those 4 had the RnB/Pop scene on lock! Who danced better than who? Who sang better than who? Sisqo, Ginuwine, JT and Usher were all untouchable products of MJ, and it was all good, later added Omarion and CB. Sorry for the rant lol. I love talking about music. Happy New Year to you!
Justin's dance routine is very good
You can tell J.T. was a big fan of Usher. His dancing is right up there with his.
