i am Chinese... I was homeschooled for half a year, during that period of time, I did not study chinese so right now using your video really helps me get back on the right track :)
Brilliant ! I love the format :) The example dialogues are really helpful. Thanks so much for this video, it's really helpful.
IMHO forced immersion (speaking Chinese but with English captions) is the best way to learn. It’s like listening into real conversations.
Someday... I will watch your videos without look at the English traslation :)
I also hope that, although I suspect it will take me quite a long time.😅
Great Teacher. I love the Chinese language.
Love and Respect from Pakistan
Hi😝 Pakistan brother! I try to run my channel mainly focus on learning chinese with songs. If you are interested, please have a look.😍😍
the dialogs are so helpful to understand spoken Chinese !! perfect
邓邓姐姐我很想你❤️❤️❤️ glad you're back! pls make a video about check in and check out at the hotel, it will be fun!
Many thanks teacher,from Viet Nam🇻🇳
I used to major in intensive Chinese courses, are your videos are so much easier for me to understand, thank you
This was really good... it's very interesting and confusing how you can say yes and no in so many different ways based on the context of the conversation. Thank you
Thankyou so much! I've been learning mandarin for about 2 year's now and I've been wondering the whole time why there are so many ways to say/express 'Yes'. This is perfect.
Great video! I have been teaching myself Mandarin for 1 year now and have just stumbled onto your channel. The videos are extremely helpful and answer a plethora of questions I’ve found difficulties finding answers for. Thank you for your education!
@@PBrooksSawyer The last 6 months I haven’t been practising or using my Mandarin as I have moved from Australia to Spain to teach English for 1 school year. However in June this year I will be moving to Taipei for 19 months on a fully funded scholarship. Part of that scholarship is 6 months of full time language school. Nowadays I can talk to Mandarin-speaking people on the street and hold a short conversation and ask most questions, I practised very consistently for the first 18 months so I’m still holding onto a lot of my Mandarin even though I haven’t been practising the last 6 months. By the time I finish my stay in Taipei, I would hope that I’ll be conversationally fluent.
Best tutorial UA-cam channel ever ! Thank you 谢谢🙏
Great to to see these original presenters back in action. When you have a recipe that works so well, better not to change it :)
Thank you! You speak Chinese all the time, and I love it!
- I subscribed on the first video!
I DO NOT understand Chinese, but this is how I learned English and Spanish. And I would really want you to keep producing such amazing videos!
Your all very good , thanks
Very informative 视频. Could you please make a video about different ways to say “no” in chinese? It would be very useful.
By the way, I would like a video about different possibilities from the word "but".
I just know : 但,但是,可是。
So cool and easy to understand. Loving this new corner.
Toni. It's been 2 years since i started studying Chinese.
Thank you so much! This will help me to express myself better when saying yes.
This channel and these videos are great
I can look up every word you use in the subtitles and then because you're speaking about something directly, I can work the context as to how I would use these words as well as the ones you're teaching.
Superb!
This new format is amazing. 好看。
This video answered so many questions!
As always = perfect 😍😍😍❤️❤️❤️
Very useful - thank you.

You need to make more videos like this!!
Another great video. Really appreciate you using HSK1 and 2 words for some additional practice too. Although the fast conversations are quite intimidating, with practice it will get better.
Btw No9 is definetely the 'to go' answer for Chinese people, when they are abroad speaking English. 😊
One more great video from the Everyday Chinese team. Can you do the same video with ways to say "No" please? Thank you and take care! My best greetings from England
Very useful... !! Xie xie ni 👏

你好 邓邓 👋 : I signed up and this is the first video I saw, I really like the English and Chinese languages, my lenguage native is Spanish and I already have two languages to practice and learn. Greetings from 🇵🇪
In north province of China, Hebei (河北), you can say ”成 cheng“,which is same as "行 xing”, while in the Henan (河南) province they say “中 zong" (here, should be pronounced like 宗 as it's local accent) which is same as "可以".
OMG! I'm in love with this channel! I'm learning mandarin and this will be very helpful to me.
GREETINGS FROM BRAZIL!!
Great!
I have been trying to use Duolingo to learn Mandarin Chinese, and I am having a hard time understanding the AI pronunciations. I watched your UA-cam video and immediately subscribed to your channel. I also purchased your beginner courses. I can't wait to start.
Thanks for your support , Heather. If you have any questions, feel free to let us know. We'd like to refine our course.😊
@@EverydayChinese I will let you know how it goes. I wanted to tell you that I like the videos. Being able to see a person speak and see their facial expressions helps.
These videos are SO HELPFUL! Today my Chinese friend said 好吧 so I asked, "Why are you disappointed?" which shocked him; it didn't occur to him that 好吧 shows disappointment.
Also, I say 意思是 ALL THE TIME now.
Hello i love this channel
Great

再見 👋 thank you
HAY QUÁ!
It's because I learn Mandarin by myself now for just a few weeks. I discovered my interest in China because of cdramas:)
I can recognize Hsk level 1-2 sentences but it doesn't register to me, in my English understanding and I can't make my own sentences.
Am I doing something wrong or is this natural?
wán měi! 完美! no. 10
Chinese was my first language
好啊
This is my 2nd day learning English can I get ur support 🙏 jayoo
Learn Chinese is fun
I really appreciate the fact that there are only semplified characters! Most chinese learning videos use both traditional and semplified, making it too stuffy and confusing. Too many characters confuses my eyes😂😅
Wow
Thanks dear teacher 🌹🌹
still one thing If you can post two or three videos in a week that's will be so phenomenal.
like the video
Thank you for this video. I thought "mei cuo" meant "not bad" or "not wrong". Am I thinking of something else or can it mean all of these?
Haora don’t quote me on this but I think it can mean those phrases as well. it can also mean “that’s right” or “sure”. i think the essence of it basically is to agree with someone or to compliment. idk tho
没错 means "I agree with what you said", not bad is "很好"/"不坏“/”不错". We don't say "not wrong" like phrase in Chinese.
danke
hello thank you so much.
I want to hsk5 video
i search for "土" and it appears that it is not " shi " but "tu" Why is it?
