According to my Archery coach, my progress in the 6 months since I began shooting has been exceptional. I definitely attribute this to SR. It has given me so many positives, greater concentration, increased energy levels ,mental clarity and a feeling of general wellbeing. Today is 271 days of retention.

You might look into the book "the science of getting rich" by Wallace Wattles. There are many excellent audio recordings of this book being read on UA-cam. I recently became financially stable and secure - and I credit this a lot to semen retention, Wallace wattles' book, as well as the teachings of Abraham Hicks. I hope this helps. Godspeed. 💪🙏
I think need to have something like a passion or project you’re are working towards. Then you can invest all of your extra energy into it. Of course there’s no guarantee but it gave me more energy and many other notable people relied on chastity for work and concentration and ultimately higher achievement. I think it’s effective!

The best time to start is yesterday. The second best time is today. Of course you will get the same benefits.
