    Brother you can try really hot towel, use your towel, soak it up with hot water and put it over your beard with the bag on it, it will provide heat and steam.

    Hoooo k.... conditioning is smoothing down the hair cuticle. It stays on the outside. Heat helps to soften those keratin hair cuticles to make it easier to smoooooth down. Ur not putn nutn in and once it leaves your skin its dead. If ya want it to grow its vitamins and eatin healthy..

  • @cusumano91
    @cusumano91 5 років тому

    kepp up the good videos man, one thing if i can put my input in. heating up the hair focuses on opening up the hair cuticle. heating up also opens the follicle which is why hot towels are used before shaves, easier hair removal. keep up the good work man!

    Great advice as always man. I was thinking about getting one of those head/face steamers I be seeing in a lot of these haircut beard grooming videos I be seeing on here now but that hooded dryer looks like a nice alternative. Gotta step my deep condition product regiment up to because I only use the scotch porter conditioner for it. Oh yeah big ups again for putting me on to that emu oil because now I can keep my bearded super moisturized during the colder months and not have to worry about beard oil cost.

    I tried this.. 3 am in the morning. Shoprite bag and a blow dryer for 15 minutes. Definitely a game changer. My beard has never been so soft. I wondered why I waited so long to deep condition. It's 4 am now but giving props to video and great info. Oh.. “Perfect lighting” is playing a big role in why most beards on line and In pictures look so dense and thick..and if there’s a method to a madness then why do I see bums on Broadway with huge thick beards that prolly ain’t been washed in years and definitely haven’t seen any damn beard oil..😂 all these steps😂come on man

  • @brcleaningcompany2566
    @brcleaningcompany2566 4 роки тому

    Bro is beard oil that important,,, i have a beard about 75% the size of yours so not as big but def not a small beard, when i use beard oil over balm and butters it seems to create transparency or shrinkage... rather than than a darker full beard!!!

    • @BeardedExistence
      @BeardedExistence  4 роки тому

      The balm or butter has beeswax which will have some holding properties the oil locks in moisture and provides a lot of health benefits for your beard. I use more oil than anything else. Thanks for checking out the video fam 👊🏾

    How do you maintain your mustache? Im tired of the pencil stache & Im tryna get it to a good length like yours. Im bout 2 months in im struggling to keep the hairs down. Not sure if I need a new wax or if I need to wait til the hairs get longer & heavier.

      AJ Will takes time to train the hairs you can use a little mustache wax. That small mustache comb from Kent is official it’s in my amazon shop! Stay blessed👍🏾👍🏾👊🏾

    X do you leave the conditioners and products in while your blow drying?

    • @BeardedExistence
      @BeardedExistence  5 років тому +1

      Bobby Williamson yes definitely the heat of the blowdryer and the products in your beard with the bag creates a warm environment where your hair follicles open up and allow the products to penetrate better also the heat helps to break down some of the ingredients and the oils so that they work better. Rinse last!! Let me know how it works for you bro!! Hope this helps👍🏾👊🏾

    • @BeardedExistence
      @BeardedExistence  5 років тому +1

      It will help. Put the majority of conditioner I. Your goatee you may not want to just rub conditioner all over your face it’s mostly designed for hair or beard depending o. What you are using. If your beard is in the real early stages coconut oil for this process may be a safer bet on the cheeks and both in your goatee 👍🏾👊🏾

      Appreciate your feedback, I currently use Scotch Porter beard conditioner, Shea Moisture Beard Wash and use Jamaican Black Castor oil and a jojoba oil with tea tree oil mix for maintenance....I will pick up some coconut oil ASAP ✊🏽.... @@BeardedExistence
