superlight 2 goes up to 4000 hz and hes using the new apex pro tkl, the old one goes down to 0.4mm not 0.1

Windowed full screen? Someone has a proof of why this would work? Almost impossible to have such a high refresh rate and the lowest delay playing in windowed and not full screen.
