Alice is such a character, love watching her! It’s so interesting to see how popular pumpkins are in the Uk now. We are from the Uk originally but moved to Canada 17 years ago. We grew up with Swedes as a pumpkin for Halloween, it was so hard to carve back in they day, just tied with a piece of string and a candle. Pumpkins were an American thing. So it’s interesting to see pumpkin patches in the UK now :). Love seeing conkers, that brings back memories! I miss Bonfire night, treacle toffee, black peas etc. Love watching your channel, we lived in Leigh for many years and do miss some things ❤️
Thanks Melanie. Oh yeah it definitely has become more popular in recent years. We’ve done it with Alice the last 3 years…I hope she still wants to do it when she’s older but she probably won’t 😅🥰❤️. I love bonfire night but no plans this year as Connie our dog will be scared if we leave her so a cosy weekend in for us. Leigh isn’t too far from me at all. I would love to visit Canada xx
