Easy Kahlua Espresso Chocolate Cake (e76)

- Buon giorno a tutti. In this episode, Nonna Mia, la nonna di tutti (everyone's grandmother), shows us how to make an easy but delicious Kahlua Espresso Chocolate Cake, sure to impress!
Mix Wet Ingredients:
6 eggs
2 cups of sugar
1 cup of olive oil
1 cup of espresso (or strong coffee)
1 tablespoon of Kahlua
Mix Dry Ingredients:
4.5 cups of flour
2 tablespoons of baking powder (Nonna always says power)
1 tablespoon of cocoa powder
pinch of salt
1 cup of chocolate chips
Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients until fully blended. The batter will be dense. Pour into a well-greased pan, tap to level and bake in 350F for 70-75 min.
Nonna always tests the cake with spaghetti. This one took the full 75 minutes. Place on a tray to cool and once ready, dust with icing sugar.
