One question, instead of filling up data in wp_users can we create our own users table and fill data in that with extra fields ? if yes please let me know how or direct me to the appropritae source.
Hi I already have a database on mysql with my iOS. If I make a new website can I hook it up to my existing database? And make the log in and sign up link to my existing database and users?
If the underlying database structure doesn't match WP, I don't think that'll work. You'd probably have to figure out a way to import your database into WP, or write custom code to use them together. Definitely sounds like an advanced issue that you'll have to dig into more details!
