This engaging conversation sheds light on the essential aspects of security screenings, drawing inspiration from an insightful article by Manmeet S. Rai which can be found at this link: www.getgcms.com/blog/what-is-...
Mark and Will debunk common myths and clarify the realities of security screenings, emphasizing the growing trend of increased screenings and their potential to delay immigration applications for years. The discussion covers various approaches to managing cases affected by security screenings, the potential impact of automation in this space, and the broader implications for applicants. Additionally, they examine the pending Bill C-70, which could complicate the procedural fairness process by making it harder to obtain necessary documents due to exemptions related to international relations.
